My husband and I had tickets to the Eagles concert at the new Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. I went
to the Internet to look for a restaurant. I was most impressed with your website, and after a
comparison of other restaurants in the area, Sage was definitely at the top of my list. I called and
made a reservation and the rest is history... OUTSTANDING!!!! Michelle was an outstanding server as
the food was...!!! Michelle took superb care of us. We had the award-winning bruschetta... ummm so
good. We the best whiskey and amaretta sours ever!!! For our main course we had the Surf and Turf
with a bottle of Beringer red wine. The lobster was perfect and so was the tenderloin. The sauces
were delicate and very tasty. The snowpeas were perfectly prepared as were the yukon gold
potatoes... to finish the meal my husband chose the chocolate mousse cake and I the tiramisu.
The presentation of the tiramisu was so unusual... and it was absolutely the BEST I've ever had and
I have made it before myself!!!! We will be back every time we go to a concert which we hope will be
a minimum of twice per summer, and WHO KNOWS, we may even decide to just drive up and eat... without
a concert!!!! The atmosphere is awesome...so peaceful and romantic. Thank you for being there for us
and providing probably one of the top dining experiences of my life!!!!!

Excellent choice of fine dining. We have had wonderful service at Sage and have used this restaurant
for wedding rehersal dinners and other family events. We have nothing but praise for the attention
and care we received. The menu has a good variety and excellent presentation. We highly recommend it.

Our visit was remarkable. I spoke to Bill our wait person about what we do
(sales performance consultants) and mentioned how "good customer
service" is not satisfying customers but doing something "remarkable" (so that the
customer remarks about you to someone else) and he wrote the word "remarkable" on
the bread bowl. I wanted to let you know how great Bill's service
(and the busboy and hostess) was that we remarked about it to our hotel staff.

We decided to hit up Sage on Monday after reading a review. Well let me tell you, you now have
two new regulars. We came in not knowing what to expect from the decor to the menu, we just came
in for a $5 Martini. Right off Kelly Faust took care of us and sold us on the place. We had
appetizers some martinis then my husband got an entree. Kelly told us all about the seafood
dishes (big seafood folks) and just took such personal care of us that she would have to be
the main reason for us returning. We loved everything, but you have a gem of an employee.
We will return in the next few weeks and plan to make Sage our new favorite restaurant. Please

Sage Woodfire Tavern is great for any occasion. Dining alone, in groups, romantic
dinners or going out with friends after work for a cocktail. We've used their
banquet room for company parties several times and it's been a huge success.

What ambience Sage offers. Inspiring, yet relaxing, upscale, yet inviting. The service was impeccable, friendly and thoughtful. Sage's delightful assortment of appetizers, served with their own hot-from-the-oven fresh bread elevates Sage's status to new heights in my book.
The main menu selection is so diverse and enticing, it was nearly impossible to make a decision. However, upon deciding on the Penne Primavera pasta dish, I knew I had found a staple for my regular visit.
Ambiance, incredible food, even better service... What more could you want out of a complete dinning experience? We look forward to returning to Sage often to complete our Tour de Menu!
